🔹 Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in identifying and connecting with potential B2B clients
  • Reach out to leads via email, phone, and LinkedIn under the guidance of senior team members
  • Learn how to generate and nurture leads through social media channels
  • Support the team in managing client relationships and maintaining follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Content, Sales Ops) to support business goals
  • Get exposure to performance marketing basics and CRM tools
  • Take ownership of small projects and grow into larger responsibilities over time



🔹 Qualifications:

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing or a related field
  • 0–2 year of experience (internships or academic projects welcome!)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-moving environment
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
  •  Familiarity with MS Office and comfort in using digital tools
