🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and manage B2B enterprise  clients in IT, Finance, Education, Real Estate and Hospitality.
  • Utilize proven outbound sales skills to confidently engage and convert leads      through various channels (phone, email, social media).
  • Generate  qualified leads through effective social media outreach across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and      exceeding expectations.
  • Implement account management best practices to foster long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Gain a basic understanding of performance marketing principles to support lead generation and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Marketing, Sales Ops, Content) to achieve  shared goals.
  • Experience working with content creators is a valuable asset.
  • Embrace new technologies and demonstrate strong adaptability to a fast-paced      startup environment.
  • Possess  a strong desire for career development and a proactive      "go-getter" spirit, thriving on new challenges and taking      initiative.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while      seamlessly collaborating within a supportive team environment.


🔹 Qualifications:

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in the SASS (CXM, CRM, ERP)      industry products
  • Strong  communication skills
  • Proven   track record in meeting sales targets and establishing solid client  relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Self-motivated,  target-driven, and eager to take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and  travel to client locations as required.
