B2B Client Acquisition & Sales Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and manage B2B enterprise clients across industries such as IT, Finance, Education, Real Estate, and Hospitality.
  • Utilize strong outbound sales skills to confidently engage and convert leads via phone, email, and social media channels.
  • Generate qualified leads  through targeted social media outreach across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and value-driven sales conversations that clearly  communicate product ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Founders, IT Heads, Sales & Marketing Leaders).
  • Implement account  management best practices to foster renewals, upsells, and long-term customer success.
  • Maintain accurate  records in the CRM and manage a predictable, well-structured sales pipeline.
  • Gain foundational  understanding of performance marketing principles to support lead generation and campaign optimization.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, “go-getter” attitude with a strong desire for continuous career growth and learning.
  • Work independently with ownership and accountability while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team.


  

🔹Product Feature Contribution & Strategy

  • Gather client requirements, business pain points, and real use cases through ongoing customer conversations.
  • Analyze customer  feedback, industry trends, and competitive insights to propose new features and product enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Content teams to convert insights into clear, actionable specifications.
  • Actively participate in product brainstorming sessions, roadmap discussions, feature planning, and prototype validation.
  • Serve as the “Voice of the Customer” to ensure product relevance, usability, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to aligning product capabilities with client expectations to improve adoption and satisfaction.

  • Experience working with content creators or influencers is a valuable asset for outreach and brand amplification.


🔹 Qualifications:

  • MBA in Sales &  Marketing or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or product-involved roles.
  • Strong understanding of   SaaS models, CRM/ERP ecosystems, subscription lifecycles, and customer RFP  processes.
  • Ability to understand client needs, map them to product capabilities, and convert insights into structured requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), HubSpot, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically about product–market fit.
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Exposure to industries like F&B, Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services, or Consulting is preferred.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
  • Ability to work independently and travel to client locations as needed.
